In spite of those blue genes

But it’s so good to see them learning stuff so fast, they’re growing, they’re well and they’re happy
anticipation, trust and joy there in their eyes (I love seeing that)
And you love them too - why wouldn’t you? Just like your mum and your dad loved you
And I think I hope they’ve got more of her genes - not mine
